Ayurveda Massage Treatments
Ayurveda is a traditional Indian science of holistic
medicine, developed over centuries by sages and holy men
gifted with universal insight and experience. Drawing
from a deep understanding of the structure of the
universe and life, the gurus devised norms for
preserving health and curing diseases. They evolved a
system of complete healthcare, which focuses on
promoting immunity as the path to wellness. Parma's Ayurveda therapies are based on scientific treatments,
which rejuvenate the body's entire system, tone muscles,
and relax the mind. Our therapists are qualified and
skilled personnel who are committed to providing care
based on the Ayurveda philosophy.
Abhyangam
In this refreshing and rejuvenating ancient Indian
therapy, the entire body is anointed with warmed herbal
oil using rhythmic movements. Relaxation is then
promoted as the flow of energy is properly directed
through the body, blood pressure is normalized, and
impurities eliminated.
Balooka Sweden
Warm, fragrant, healing oils are applied to the skin and
followed by dry sand stimulation. This procedure
relieves pain and stiffness of joint and muscles.
Udwarthanam
An energizing and detoxifying treatment, this therapy
utilizes deep massage with herbal powder. The result is
stimulation of venous circulation, fluid muscle tone,
and sweat gland stimulation for a feeling of relaxation
and lightness of body.
Marma Face Massage
This is an authentic and distinctive method of face
massage, focusing on Marma pressure points of the face,
which are known to refresh the senses and rejuvenate
facial tone.
Indian Head Massage
In this traditional Vedic Indian technique, the focus is

Concentration on the vital points of these areas induces

due to stress and poor posture. Rhythmic strokes using

strengthen the muscles in the region.
